Building positive relationships throughout your studies, employment, or day to day life is so important in this role. As a SSW that works with various populations, building rapport is key. I have been fortunate to have some of my mentors, field liaisons, and supervisors to have vouched for my knowledge and my experience as a student, employee, coworker, and friend.
